Sometimes we just sold the last piece
before your order came through to our inbox. We may not know
that until we get up to filling your order.
There isn't always sufficient time to mark it out of stock on the
web site.
It is usually scheduled for replacement when our inventory is low,
but it can take 7 to 14 days (or more) for us to receive our next shipment
containing your product.
If some item in your order is no longer available, we will ship what
is available.

you get your Pay Pal receipt.
If you don't get a J. MARK message within 1
business day after your Pay Pal receipt,
email us immediately.
We may not have received your order from Pay Pal. System errors have

Sales tax outside FL
is usually not tax.
It is a surcharge for distance and there is no other way to add that
fee by automation at present.
Please use a Street Address (not PO Box) whenever possible.
Unfortunately, minimum shipping is very costly for one inexpensive item.

you add items postage per item gets cheaper.
The postage fee is quite accurate and severely
inflated due to fuel caharges by shippers.

Due to fragility and costly shipping, we cannot accept returns.
If anything
arrives damaged, it is insured by the carrier and will be replaced by us promptly, or refunded
by the carrier if no longer available. You will need to email
us for instructions and notify the shipper (UPS/USPS/FEDEX).
We must purchase entire sets when you buy a set, but we replace
only the broken piece, so you don't need to return a full set.
If we ship you the wrong item or quantity, your full purchase
price including postage will be refunded or corrected as we
determine the
matter requires!
If you return something that is what you ordered, or you gave us
an undeliverable address, you are responsible for round trip
postage and a 30% restocking fee. Please address any

Delivery time.We try to ship within 5 days, and packages can travel 3-9 more days depending on
distance. Some of our items ship separately from warehouses in other states. NO company or shipper can truthfully "guarantee"
delivery on any day of the year. They can only "try" to accommodate your wish.
We cannot unconditionally guarantee a delivery. We will do our best to get to get it to you in time. But if
extraneous elements delay a truck, it won't reach you in time
Murphy's law has not been repealed yet. Sometimes, a product that is in stock when you order

out when we get up to filling your order. You will have the option to switch or take a full refund. If you

All our products aside from cutlery are made for decor, not function. Sizes and
capacities are strictly approximate and not stated on boxed products and not
guaranteed accurate.
